What we count.
- Evaluated call
- One audio stream or one recording that gets a verdict. Undecided verdicts count: they are an answer you can act on.
- Not billed
- Streams that close before half a second of audio arrives, and requests rejected with an error.
- Concurrency
- Streams open at the same time. Above your limit new streams are refused immediately, never queued past their deadline.
- Free quota
- Resets on the first of every month, in every plan except Enterprise.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Not on Sandbox or Pay as you go. Enterprise plans are annual, with committed volume and dedicated capacity.
Can we run it inside our network?
Yes, on Enterprise: dedicated deployments in your cloud account or on your own servers, next to Asterisk or FreeSWITCH.
How do we pay?
