Waitlist
If you join the waitlist we keep your email address, the page you joined from and the country your request came from, as reported by our network provider. We use them only to tell you when the service opens and to plan where it opens first. Write to hello@voicemaildetector.com to be taken off the list.
Account data
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We use them to create your workspace, to contact you about your account and to bill you. We do not receive your Google password or access to other Google data.
Call audio
Audio you send is processed in memory to produce a verdict. By default it is not stored. If you enable recording retention for a workspace, audio is kept for the period you choose so you can review verdicts, and then deleted.
Verdicts and usage
We keep verdicts, their evidence and usage counters for billing, for your dashboard and to keep the service reliable. Verdicts contain the identifiers you send, such as a call ID, and no audio.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers that run the service for us, under contracts that limit their use of it, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can export or delete your workspace data at any time from the dashboard, or by writing to hello@voicemaildetector.com.
